What this site keeps, and why.

Charlotte Aglow is a holiday lighting service powered by Storm Guard Charlotte and operated on the Mercury Local platform.

When you ask for a quote, by the form, the chat or the phone, we keep what you give us (your name, phone, email, address, what you would like lit, and any photos) so Storm Guard Charlotte can call you back. Chat conversations are stored so we can improve the answers. Calls to the number on this site may be recorded for voicemail and transcription when nobody can answer.

We do not sell your details. They go to Storm Guard Charlotte, who does the work, and to the people who run this site. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies to see which pages are read.
